The former CEO of Starkey Construction in Waxahachie, Texas, Bill Starkey of Montgomery, Texas, has been working in the construction sector since 1978. Responsible for everything from life cycle assessment of company projects to structural design efficiency and operations optimization, Montgomery’s Bill Starkey and his team built commercial buildings such as hospitals and churches, along with high-end residential homes.

Dedicated to providing high-quality construction services, Mr. Starkey ensured all custom home projects handled by his business featured a blend of quality and quantity.
